Shiro’s Sushi provides an array of appetizers, the most famous being Chawanmushi. This is a steamed egg custard served with shrimp, white fish, shiitake mushrooms as well as mitsuba. This dish is warm and comforting, with a rich texture and delicate flavors. No surprise why it’s a fan-favorite!

For many, the highlight of this wonderful experience is the Premium Sushi Omakase. It is served over five courses and has eighteen assortments of sushi along with the seasoned soup. First, the palate cleanser is served; these pieces are light and do not ruin your appetite for what’s to come. Then the succulent salmon is served, with extra toppings. The third course has random pieces, teasing your taste buds. The crunchy shrimp in this course is a favorite. The next courses serve tune, tune soup, uni and fish eggs as well as an eel. The server explains all the dishes, so no need to be overwhelmed!  All the pieces are delicious and simply melt in your mouth. The Omasake ends with sweet tamago, which complements the entire dish perfectly.

Another main course is Shiro’s Tasting Dinner. Appetizer, sashimi, entrees, soup, sushi, and dessert are all included in this delicious treat.

Shiro’s does not forget the salad and soup lovers in between its most famous dishes. The chefs prepare miso soups and seafood salads with much daintiness, and so the not only the presentation is great, the taste is exquisite as well.

Dessert Menu

With a plethora of amazing choices in every part of Shiro’s sushi and food menu, it is only expected that the dessert menu will be just as flawless. Four desserts are offered, the most recommended is the tempura ice cream. This green tea ice cream with a thick tempura coating topped with whipped cream as well as strawberries. Another mouth-watering treat for those who like to try original recipes is Shiro’s Flan Brulee. This custard pudding is simply comforting to the mouth.
